Sky broadband connect - no hub

Hello,

Just got a text telling me my services have moved from BT/ EE to sky and they have no hub. Still awaiting dispatch as it's done since the 10th March

 I work from home.

Re: Sky broadband connect - no hub

This is rapidly turning into a nightmare. My order began on the 10th March, so a month to deliver my hub. Why is there no legislation to bring some responsibility to the broadband provider, especially as so many are now homebased.

@CinderKona

We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.

Ofcom is the industry regulator, operating under the remit of parliamentary legislation which is now over two decades old.

Unfortunately the wheels of Government grind exceedingly slow, particularly at the end of a long term in power during which one or two reasonably significant events took up most of its time.
