Up until last night we could set timed off times for kids profiles. All of a sudden off times aren't working. I paused the house WiFi and all devices alcan still use WiFi. Got kids to remove and re-add their devices to sky broadband and it still hasn't helped.

I am having exactly the same issue. It was working fine and all of a sudden it doesn't work.
I get notifications saying my hub is offline... then it's online... then it's offline again. All the while the internet is working fine.
I have a teenage son and I use buddy to manage the times his internet access goes off on him bedroom (otherwise he is up all night!)
. Recently I pause the access for the whole house but everything still works.
can anyone help?

Sky Buddy is completely useless now. Even when I use the mac address for his products he can still have access.... maddening!

This used to be a really good way of managing the kids WiFi but doesn't seem to work anymore are there any updates on why it's not working

Same issue here. Really disappointing from sky!! I paid extra and took a new contract out to have buddy included in my package several months ago.. very poor service, to pull service without warning

You can cancel the boost addon at anytime
