Sky broadband and mini boxes are just awful

I've been with sky for many many years and I've never had a problem with them.... until we moved to a bigger house. Since living here we have had non stop issues with the mini boxes and the broadband! It's absolutely shocking!! We have called up many times and we get an engineer round that gives us a booster which still doesn't help. We call up  and we get given instructions that still does not work. We can't watch streaming services because the internet decides to cut out every minute, I check the service checker and it says it's up and running. We always get replacement mini boxes because they decide when they're going to work and when they're not. We pay an awful lot of money for it each month and we are paying something that doesn't work. We've tried to leave but we are in contract but if I could we would move to another broadband service.

@Buffy You seem to have some problems, the place to start is what service do you have with sky, what router is it that you currently have, as you say you have mini boxes, assume you have Sky Q and some minis, and if they all worked fine in the old property the move and layout off the equipment will possibly all be different and that is were you need the help. Was it a Sky Engineer visit that you had?
