Sky broadband Hub delivery.

I am rejoining Sky broadband, talk and TV.

This Monday, the 29th September, my broadband gets switched on.

Yesterday I received my new Sky broadband Hub. Delivered by Royal Mail.

The box which was delivered to me - was NOT secure !!

It had no security sticky tab - in fact - there was no sticky tape on the box at all.

Therefore, any one person could open the box - and get access to everything inside the box - without anyone knowing.

The box I refer to is the actual SKY cardboard box that contains the equipment - the one with all the Sky writing on and sticky labels ( some barcode) with information relating to the Hub ( various ID numbers etc.).

This box was NOT contained within any second "outer" cardboard box - which - if it had of been  - registered would have prevented any unwanted person gaining access to the " Hub" etc contained within !

So, my question - should I be worried ?

Thanks for any help or advice with this matter.

@SGJ60 Not worried, sky are sending out re-furbished hubs missing parts, poor condition, so the company doing that if how sky have organised doing a real bad job, got one off those back in Mar2025 myself when back to sky, all you can do is have a look see! Not happy then on the phone to sky too complain!
