Sky box not connecting to sky wifi

My sky box won't connect to my sky broadband either through the password or linking with the buttons

When you try to connect it what is happening so what onscreen message are you seeing ?

I have the same issue. Sky Q mini box not connected to WiFi or the main sky Q box. Tried everything - no joy. Sky support for sky Q **bleep**s at 7:55pm so no help - useless.

 

other sky mini boxes working fine
