Sky box not connecting to WiFi properly

Sky box is saying there is no internet connection when the internet is working fine for every other device. Have tried restarting the WiFi and unplugged and replugged everything back in correctly and even plugged the sky box into the Ethernet cable directly to the WiFi and it is still saying the same thing that where is an issue with my WiFi when there is no issue on any other device.

@KayleighC912 What sky box are you talking about, you just do not say anything on the post!

@KayleighC912 Hopefully some one with knowledge off the sky Glass product will jump in or move your post to that part off the Forum as it is currently in the Broadband section, but with everything else working as normal suspect that it is a Glass or a Sky giving the TV service through to it! Norm seems to be switch the TV off for 5 minutes then back on, sorry not much help with it for you!

 

Take a look yourself on the TV section then i think it's glass and streaming from there!
