Sky box not conect to internet

Hi my syk decode is not connecting to my sky broadband please assist

@Marktoshia which Sky box do you have out of SkyHD+, Sky Q or Sky Stream. Has the box connected before or is it a new installation? There are guides to setting up each type of Sky box to the various types of Sky hubs such as this one for connecting Sky Q https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub
