Sky box light keeps turning orange, lost internet & wifi 6 times in last 24 hrs keep resetting

Sky box light keeps turning orange, lost internet & wifi 6 times in last 24 hrs keep resetting, only had it fixed a few days ago. Need a technician to come out for a 4th time in a matter of 7 weeks. Sky technicians are great but the problem keeps happening
