Sky box keeps disconnecting from broadband
Our Sky box is disconnected from the broadband and I can't get it to reconnect with any of the standard methods recommended by Sky. (I've followed the online instructions, tried the WPF button thing and turned on and off again to no avail). I can't watch anything on demand despite paying over £100 a month for this service! This has happened before and I've reconnected it manually but this time nothing is working. Maybe I need a new Sky box? I also have to add that my phone constantly falls off the wifi in my house and I'm accidentally using loads of data as it won't just stay connected. Getting a bit tired of Sky internet to be honest. Any solutions before I just switch?

Re: Sky box keeps disconnecting from broadband
What broadband package do you have, can you connect the sky with an ethernet cable it is more stable and reliable then wifi as the more things on the system the weaker the signal to each one,

Re: Sky box keeps disconnecting from broadband
@Cat26 rebooting tge Sky hub can work in some cases. Wifi signal strength depends on distance walls and whatvwalls and furniture thecsignal hascto pass through. If your hub or Sky box are on the floor or under other kit move them out into the open ideally above things like radiators. If still stuck and you have Sky Q call Sky as they will supply a booster or send our an engineer. If you have Sky+ HD you are on your own and upgrading to Sky Q maybe an idea.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
