Sky booster

Since we got a sky glass tv our booster doesn't want to connect. I think it was connected to the Sky Q box before. I've tried to reconnect it and also to reset it, but nothing is working. Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Sky booster

If it's a sky q booster I would suggest you might run into problems, you'd be best off with standard mesh network without using sky technology.

@CarinaJ the booster needs to be within range of your Sky hub as Glass does not work as a hot spot unlike Sky Q so you may have to move it closer. Boosters need to be placed halway between the hub and where you need the signal.
