Sky booster has 3 green lights on but don't know password to connect to it.

Hi All

I am having  trouble connecting to my sky booster box. All green lights are on and when trying to connect a device like my phone for  Internet I put in the 8 digit pin but it always comes up cant connect to internet. 

I have a 3rd party router not with sky but the booster works with my sky q mini boxes and also pairs with the router no problem it's just I can't access Internet from it which would be so much better in other areas of the house where main router struggles to get signal but sky booster has full signal.

Is there any way to find out the password for the sky booster box or change it so it works?

@Jh38 you cannot connect your devices to the Sky booster or the wifi hot spots of your Sky Q boxes if you have a third  party router. These can only be used in you have a matching black Sky hub.
