Sky boardband keeps loosing wifi

My hub keeps loosing wifi and lidhts go from green to orange two of three times at least a day

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

Yes and suprise it says all ok tried to call sky to and can't get threw with the number I was giving on live chat this has been happening every day now for weeks and sky just say boardband at address is all ok but it's not clearly

I'm having this too every night and sky connection test keeps saying all OK and yet nine of my devices have WiFi while the lights are flashing orange on the broadband box

Yeh and sky just stay line is fine totally fed up with the service im getting at the moment it's about time sky actually did something to sort these problems out says on the tv add sky has the lowest complaints that's because no one can get threw to complain

I've bee  doing screen shots and photos as they have to pay compensation if you go a certain time without wifi. A lot of money to pay when you can't use netflix or work from home because their service is rubbish

My broadband Wi-Fi has also been dreadful for over a week now. Sky tech are absolutely useless.
