I own a domain that somehow is being blocked. All pings are redirected to 90.207.238.183 and the page just simply doesn't load.

How does Sky determine the website is malicious? They must be using some third party sites like https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php but the handful of sites I have checked don't have the domain or IP listed.

I'm not aware that such information has been made public.
