I have had My sky app for TV & mobile for a few years also a VIP customer.
I have Now broadband full fibre (powered by Sky) upgrage from fttc.
Now broadband tell me everything i need to know about my Now broadband is on the my sky app, nothing on the app regarding my broadband anyone had a similar issue.
