Sky WiFi name is not appearing even though it is on
I've had Sky broadband a few weeks now but I've woken up this morning to see that none of my devices are connected even though everything is on. Trying to connect and I can't because the sky WiFi name is not appearing when WiFi is on

There's a known current issue with the white Max Hub: a workaround is to factory reset the hub by holding down the WPS button for 30 seconds. Once this is complete, any previous changes you've made should be downloaded again from 'the cloud'.
