Switched our WiFi router 2-3 months ago to the WiFi max hub (the white one, supposedly the latest and best). Now have 3 Sky boosters to get signal around the house. A month ago it developed problems loading almost all websites on 3 laptops in the house- that have no problems connecting to other networks eg in work or at school. We can send email on Outlook and we can get on YouTube on the laptops but almost every other website won't load, gives errors usually 504, or 'hmmm can't seem to find that website'. Also the X-Box won't connect. All Apple devices phones and iPads still connect fine, as do smart TV..... HELP!!

Open your sky app, and check your broadband shield settings.

One of the first things we did was to disable the broadband shield, then drop the security settings to minimum, then tried deleting all cookies and browsing data, nothing has helped yet. Sky are now sending a new hub in case ours has a fault, remains to see if that will fix it- I'm not counting on it!

The new hub arrived yesterday and everything worked fine, all laptops connecting, and X-Box, happy family. BUT, 24 hours after fitting new Wifi Hub, we're back to same problem. What on earth is going on?

Go into the My Sky app, find WiFi security and change from WPA3 to WPA2.
Forget the network on all affected devices, power cycle them then rejoin the WiFi.
This should resolve your issue 🤞
