Sky WiFi isn’t working

Posting this again cos apparently it wasn't clear that being on sky community asking about WiFi doesn't automatically mean im using sky broadband, the WiFi is barley working and when it does it doesn't last, it's down longer than it's up and I'm unsure how to stabilise it. SKY BROADBAND if that wasn't clear.

@AshtonLuty So is it the wi-fi that is not working, or the connection to the broadband, the two are completely different and looks like you are not asking or explaining it again?

The WiFi it's self is going off and back on again meaning the router isnt keeping the connection don't know how much more i can explain it

@AshtonLuty Try this, the router lights are changing from green to amber on the internet, that means i am losing the Broadband to the Internet, the wireless wi-fi signal is fine but my device is showing NO internet connection.
