Sky WiFi and broadband not working properly
Another fantastic evening of sky broadband not working as usual! go on the sky broadband checker and surprisingly it says everything is great and the broadband is working, funny how my skybox says there is no network connection and none of my devices connect to the Internet at all. Sky broadband checker isn't worth the paper it printed on [Removed] just like the amount of money I'm paying for the gigabyte broadband, which is awful to say the least!!!

@NiAnJaBe loss of connection between midnight and 5am can is often down to essential maintenance work so if your service is back to normal this morning that was the likely issue.if it isnt and tge service checker is not telling you Sky are now aware of an issue then call them and tell them.

Yes, surprisingly Sky seem to have important maintenance work every night as my internet drops on multiple occasions on nearly a daily basis! Causes a slight issue when people in the household are still gaming or streaming tv (Netflix, Disney plus etc.)... I pay for internet to be bc available all day, every day.. not for 22 hours a day as they feel the need to 'do essential maintenance' nearly every day that DOES NOT improve my internet or speeds one iota!

In addition, can anyone tell me that when you CLEARLY HAVE NO INTERNET as confirmed by no internet light on the router, you sky Q box CONFIRMS there is no internet connection, EVERY WIFI DEVICE in you home doesn't work due to lack of internet.... yet for some wonderfully strange reason, the Sky broadband checker states you internet is absolutely fine and there are no problems! Absolute bias [Removed] software created by Sky to convince THEMSELVES that their internet is fantastic, yet Sky customers in their droves know what a load of [Removed] it is... Sky are in complete denial and need to sort their incompetence out and FIX these increasingly intermittent drop outs of their internet! I'm paying good money for gigabit speeds and it's utter [Removed]

No ISP guarantees 24/7 connection. Maintenance is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. It's better to have it done at just gone midnight than it happening at 1230pm.
Any maintenance is more likely to be done by Openreach than Sky. If this has been happening on and off since mid August I suggest you report it to Sky in the morning.
