Sky WiFi Max problems with connection in some rooms

I recently moved into a new build house so decided to go for Sky WiFi Max, but I am having real issues with connection in some areas of the house. I am in a 4 bedroom house and find that the connection is extremely weak or drops in certain rooms. Is there any way an extender (or whatever they're called with the new Sky WiFi Max) be sent out to enable it to cover the problem areas.
I'm enquiring on here as I suffer with severe anxiety and talking on the phone is one of my biggest triggers, so would appreciate if I could deal with this via online contact.

Thank you.

Duncan.

If you get yourself registered with Sky Accessbiity then there additional options for you to contact Sky via which do not involve calling:

As you have Sky Wifi Max then you should be able to get Sky pods to help with this.
