I signed up for Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 and Sky WiFi Max.
The broadband speed is as advertised and so is the WiFi, BUT only in the room where the hub is installed. I live in an old house with thick stone walls.
When I leave the room where the hub resides the WiFi speed and signal strength drops dramatically.
I only have to walk 8m from the hub and the signal strength drops to -80dBm.
This is clearly not acceptable for WiFi max.
Three weeks ago I raised a complaint (KMM67580276V87486L0KM) but so far have got nowhere.
Who do I contact to get hold of Sky Max Pods?

That should be possible through the normal call centre route, but I'd caution that pods aren't magic: they rely on wireless backhaul, and cannot get a signal through 'thick stone walls' any better than the router can because they have the same maximum power output and aren't specified for Powerline networking.
Personally in your situation I'd seriously consider taking the WiFi Guarantee refund and putting it towards a Powerline solution.
If you do get pods then you're probably going to want to try to stagger them between levels in the building to attempt to get direct paths through wood / plaster - floors / ceilings rather than walls.
