Sky WiFi Max Price contradictions

Hi.

Our Sky router is very old and doesn't have great reach around the house. I looked at upgrading to Sky Wifi Max and the online price is £6.50 a month. I then received a text from Sky offering it at £5.00 per month which I wanted to accept. But when I click on the link it takes me to the Sky website offering it at £6.50 per month?

Most offers are time-limited, unfortunately.

I clicked on the link when the message came through and immediately showed a different price.

That being the case I'd call Sky directly and see whether the offer is still open by direct telephone contact.

Re: Sky WiFi Max Price contradictions

I did call sky as I'm out of contract and was cancelling the tv, the lady in retentions said £5 but when she passed me through to technical it went up to £7.50!

If your hub is a older model than the sr203 then I would have thought Sky would replace it with the newer version, not the max, for free...

@mercede5 taking Wifi Max restarts your contract but you should be able to get the offer honoured if you phone in. Think by cancelling the T`v contract at the same time confused things. If stuck complain see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com

Re: Sky WiFi Max Price contradictions

Thank you, I'm currently out of contract so would have been happy to commit to a new one.
I did ring again and was told the only offer they can give me is £7.50! They have agreed to send a replacement hub out though for free. Just disappointed about the sky max!
