@Dipti13 there is a fsult where the white hubs are not transmitting their SSID to devices so they can connect despite the hub showing a white connected light. if that is your issue the fix for the white hub is to do a factory reset. Press and hold in the wps button on the right edge of the hub for up to 30 seconds releasing it when the led on the front starts flashing rapidly green. Once restarted the hub should be back to normal.

Network not showing

Woke up to no WIFI this morning. Run the diagnostics on the app and it says everything is looking fine other than the hub not having WIFI (there doesn't seem to be an option to help with this?) Everything was working fine last night but this morning the network isn't even showing as available to join. Can someone please escalate this if possible as I'm meant to be working from home right now. Many thanks.

Hi therecis a common fault wherecthe white Sky Max hubs have stopped transmitting the SSID. The workround is to factory reset the hub by pressing and holding in the WPS button on the right hand side for up to 30 seconds unitil the led on the front starts flashing green rapidly then release tge button. Once the hub restarts things should be back to normal.

Wifi not working

Wifi appears to be working when I test connection but all devices in the house cannot connect. It is not showing up as an option in any device's wifi settings. I switched to Sky recently from TalkTalk and I've been really disappointed in the connection we've got. For a brand which positions itself as premium the actually broadband product is lacking.
