I have a sky max hub, but at around 2am I lose wifi on all my devices and could not find my router in WiFi list. I have tried to restart my router but it doesn't help.
the wired connection still works perfectly.
Anyone else have the same problem? Is the router faulty?

Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention and thank you @Chrisee for tagging me.
I've escalated this problem to our support teams and as soon as I hear back, I'll let you all know.
I'm marking this post as an answer, so that everyone has the most up-to-date information. This doesn't mean that it's been fixed.
As confirmed by @SZ1 a current workaround is to factory reset the hub by holding down the WPS button for 30 seconds. Once this is complete, any previous changes you've made, will be downloaded again from the cloud.

My new broadband got fitted today and all the lights are green and the sky max hub has a white light but no devices will connect my sky glass tv won't connect or none of my phones or consoles but when I go on the app it says there's a problem but when I click check wifi it says everything good but it's just not I can't watch the tv because I've got no internet connection

The hub is working
my devices are indicating as connected
but, no wi-fi connection
Tried switching off and on, no change
Any suggestions?

Help my sky max hub won't connect to any phones or my sky box for tv it has a white light saying it's connected and working but when I type WiFi password in to connect it says unable to join network. I have tried switching it off and it waiting before switching on again I've unplugged and re plugged everything I don't understand why it won't connect to anything when it's saying the internet is working. @Sky

Nothing not even name sky router coming up too log with the router think down somewhere or cable down possibly but router fine just no sky tv bedroom or living room

I solved this by factory reset the router(press the button on router for 30 seconds). Hope this helps!
