Watch something on Disney plus and suddenly no internet connection. Checked boxes and cables it is constantly flash green and everything look ok with wiring. Waited 30 mins to see if it would reset and reconnect still flashing green no internet. Switch off and on again waited an hour still the same issue flashing green and no internet. Treid holding the WPS button to reset still same issue

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lewis17 loss of connection between midnightvand 5am is normally due to maintenace work being done on the network. This essential work is done overnight to cause the minimum incivenience. If that applies to your issue your hub will be connected by morning.
