Sky Wi-Fi Not Available in all areas

I have purchased Sky Wifi Max as part of my Sky Broadband and have received a new Router.  Unfortunately I still have areas in my house where Wifi is not working as expected although an Extender has been added previously

 

I suspect I need a couple of Wifi Extenders to fix the issue but there does not appear to be anywhere that I can report/discuss this online, outside of this forum.

 

Can somebody point me in the right direction?

 

I have run all of the Online tests and some devices do appear as "Poor" connection on the WiFi testing.

@Jigsaw007  You did a similar post away back in February and it was escallated to Sky. What was the out come of this?
