Sky WIFI Max - wall-to-wall guarantee

I  upgraded to Sky Wifi Max for the following:

 

We’ll guarantee you can get WiFi in every room or money back.

With Sky WiFi Max, we’ll guarantee you get:

10Mb/s in every room or money back if you have Sky Broadband Superfast 35, Superfast or Full Fibre 100.
25Mb/s in every room or money back if you have Sky Broadband Ultrafast, Full Fibre 300, Ultrafast Plus or Gigafast.
If you don’t, we’ll check the setup in your home to improve it. And might send you a Sky Max Pod or book an engineer visit.

 

Wifi frequently drop out upstairs and in other rooms. Have tried an extender but not a Sky one - how do I go about getting an appropriate extender or resolving this issue?  Thanks!

You would call the call centre who would troubleshoot and issue a pod (booster) if they think it needs one.

 

If the issue persists after that an engineer visit may be booked to see if the guarantee is being met or if further pods are required up to a maximum of 3
