Our broadband and tv drops out daily about 5-6 times a day roughly . We have contacted you before but told there is no issues you can see at your end.
The amount we pay we should not have any drop outs as many as we have here. Its the broadband and the tv regulary @worksaz05

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@D77 You are not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself. If you are still having issue and have contacted Sky you will need to do again telling them about the disconnections.
They should run through some basic fault finding. Does any of the lights on the router change colour or go out totally?
