I switched to fibre broadband about 3 weeks ago. This means that my landline is now plugged into a socket on my new router. The phone works fine (making and receiving calls plus voice mail). However, it seems that Talk Shield no longer works (no call screening, no numbers listed, since installation, which can be blocked). Is this correct, as Talk Shield is still listed on my monthly bill, although as 'being free'.

You may have to contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to get the details from both broadband shield an talk shield updated now you're not pstn
