Sky Q will not connect to the wifi

The sky Q box keeps losing the connection to the sky router. I have done everything the box says, reset the WiFi, turned it off at the mains etc etc. it connects for a moment then loses the connection

Run the broadband diagnostic first either online or via the MySky app and click the wifi option when it's finished. If everything comes up as OK then have a look at the 2nd link to see if that helps. If possible, an ethernet connected Q box is always preferable though.
