Sky Q interfering with Broadband?

Our WiFi goes down every night. If we turn the Q box off the WiFi works. Then we have to re start the Q box . Anyone else get this before I start the rigmarole of getting in touch with sky trying to prove to them its happening. Every time I do a diagnostic it says my wifi and broadband are fine!!!!

@madamv if you mean you lose wifi between 2.30am to 5,45am the probable cause is your Q box going into its eco standby mode which turns off its wifi hot spot so devices using tgst lose their connection. Simply solved by changing the TV box's stanby modecto Active or None. 

However if you are having problems outside those hours give Sky a call.

@madamv then call Sky to get an engineer out to check the systdm

Yeah will do.   Just gotta make sure I find the time to make the call.   Trouble is,  it's usually ok except for super late.   When the lines aren't open.   Have to persuade the assistant. 😉
