Sky Q box won’t connect to WiFi

My broadband is working but for some reason my Sky Q box won't connect to WiFi

I have the same problem- been happening for last 3 days. Wifi is working but box refuses to connect. I understand this is a problem experienced by many st the moment. 

Sky what is going on???

 

Am at the point of quitting Sky.
