Sky Q box will not connect to NOW WiFi even though password is correct

For some reason my internet connection from the Sky Q box has dropped. I'm inputting the right password and have tried switching off both the Q box and NOW router but still can't connect. All my other devices  - phone and iPad are connected to WiFi it's just the Sky box that won't connect despite numerous attempts
