No, I still haven't got this resolved. I can't do it and it's impossible to get on a chat or call with them.
I just want to cancel sky and give up

OMG, that is insane. I spoke to them last night and they couldn't fix it so getting an engineer out but I am dreading them not being able to fix it.

Had a problem with sky Q connection a month ago had a new boost sent out and struggled to get it to work then, after a bit of messing it all seem to work. However i had the same issue where im struggling to contact the booster and sky Q to the main hub i reset everything more than once with still no joy. I feel like i ahve some interference so was wondering if changing wifi channels would work?

I had exactly the same problem. I solved it by looking at the 4 Ethernet connections at the back of the Hub. (One goes to the Sky Q box, the others send TV signal to all bedrooms.) All had flashing yellow lights except one which had no lights. I pulled it out and reconnected it. The lights at the connector started flashing and the TV indicated that the network problem was solved. What caused the connection to go off? No idea, but 9 times out of 10 simply unplugging and replugging has miraculous results.

I had this problem following an upgrade to the Ultrafast Broadband Service
Eventually solved by resetting router (hub) then Main Sky Box with all mini-boxes switched off.
Then had to reconnect mini boxes one by one.
I should say this took multiple attempts over a 24 hour period, including trying to directly input wifi details and being told the password was wrong - very frustrating.
WPS connection was eventually succesful, though also required pressing button on front of box, not just relying on the auto search feature.

I don't have a WPS button on my router so I'm confused

Hi,
I made few attempts at this since yesterday only to realise solution was simple & straight froward.
Once you switch on Sky Q ,, scroll down Menu options to "Settings" where "Network connection"
to be selcted.. Once it's selected you shall be iexpected to click on " Network setup". At this crucial
step look for small circular switch/button on one side pannel of Sky broadband Hub. This button
can be marked clearly by two anular arrows pointing in opposite direction. Something similar to
the " Pisces" zodiac sign symbol. So press & hold this button till it settles to steady green and you
get confirmation message on TV screen Network setup is completed. i noticed this steady green light went off after couple of minutes during which i got message " There may be problem with broadband". I ignored it for good.

Got it working by using a non sky router, very weird? Any suggestions?
the internet was working perfectly via sky, just the sky box wouldn't connect

I had this issue for few hours tried retting sky Q box resetting router multiple times with no luck. I ended up going to router settings and changing WiFi channel, had mine set on channel 1 so I changed it to channel 12 after that it reconnected.
This link will help in accessing the router settings

I have this exact problem, can you escalate for me as well? I only have one box, it can see the network, but cannot connect. All personal device can connect to network, just not my Q box
