Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from the broadband router

My SKYQ box keeps (daily) disconnecting from the broadban router. The router hub is connected to the internet and all other devices such as home computer are operting normally with no issue - its onlyth sky Q box. I keep have to reset the connection between the SkyQ box and the router.

@MarkCherry You are definately using the Black SR203 sky Broadband hub for connecting to the sky Q and nothing else?
