Sky Q box and WiFi continuously drops out since upgrading broadband
Since upgrading our broadband to fibre, our WiFi and sky Q connection continuously drops out. We've had an engineer round who says he can see the dropped time frames in the box outside when he checks the charts, but it's happening to others in the street as well who are on the same line as us. He couldn't explain why.
it's getting to the point where we are unable to use our broadband for prolonged periods of time, and our Sky Q box loses communication every 10 mins or so. It's completely unwatchable and I've just about had enough now.
I've emailed in, I've called up, and nobody can give me a straight answer or fix this. Unless I get a fix to this issue in the next few days, I'm going to cancel the broadband and go with another provider because this is completely unacceptable and the service is not fit for purpose.
Please could someone provide me with a solution that doesn't involve 'resetting the network' or 'rebooting the WiFi' or calling someone to get a diagnostic over the phone. I would like a physical human being from Sky to come to my house and fix this.
Thank you.

@Zeldaqueen1 if your Sky hub black please post your connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
Your are not sharing a line with your neighbours as broadbannd doesn't work like that but a street can all be suffering from interference from an external source in which case switching broadband provider is unlikely to help if they use the same phone line.
