Sky Q Hub set up help for blind person

Does anyone know if there is any service for partially sighted/ blind customers to help set up their Sky broadband hub? I live over 200 miles from my mum (80 years old) and she is in a state as she has lost her Internet service following the new Sky service that was activated today as she cannot see what cables need to connect to her phone socket

Ideally I could do with a sky engineer going out to connect it up.

She says she can see 2 green lights which I assume is power and Internet and she can see the hub name on her tablet but she says when she clicks on it to put in the wifi password, it sounds like it is taking her to a sky 'diagnose your problem' page telling her there is a problem with her sky cable set up.

She doesn't have a smart phone so I can't video call and is very reclusive due to her sight so will not leave the house to try and ask a neighbour for help 😔

@MrsHchee  Might be best to get your mum as part of the accessibility service with Sky. More information about this can be found in the link below.
