Sky Pod flashing white and not connecting to Hub

Hi, for the past few days my Sky Pod won't connect to the Hub. I have moved it closed to the Hub and left it for a day for any updates to download and it is still flashing white. Has anyone got any advice that could fix this? Thanks!
