Sky Now Broadband. How to cancel?

Hello,

I have recently made the unfortuante decision to purchase SKY Now broadband, activation date was 18/09, it hasn't worked a single day, contacted the team 3 times on the phone on 3 seperate days, and once by chat and the outcome is its an ongoing issue and we can't give a resolution date. Tried to call SKY today to cancel and they said call NOW and I called NOW and they sent me back to sky. Are users here able to help?

Unfortunately I am in the same position and have spent about 20 hours on the phone/chat bots trying to resolve this and it's still not done. It has become so stressful as I need broadband for work and the signal drops at least 8 times during my working day and at times for hours on end and I've been in tears several times trying to get it sorted and now don't know where to turn as my cooling off period has passed with Now Broadband and I have 10 days with Sky but I've been trying for 9 days to cancel.

sorry I can't help with your problem but hopefully if they see this is not just an issue for one person (I've been told there are several others in the same situation by the Sky cancellation team) then they may look into the problem

I am in the same position, they lasted one month in the installation and after the internet was working only some weeks, now I have been without internet for three weeks. I have spent a lot of time in the phone and is cauising a lot of stress at home as we work from home. I called to cancel today and sky send me to now, and now said is not necessary to cancel just to contract another company and it will cancel automatically? The client care service is very very bad and they don't let cancel the service, what should we do? This is a joke
