Open reach fitted fibre broadband this morning & iPad TV downstairs OK, but not upstairs at other end of house.
Router was re situated & despite boosters in 2 areas WiFi drops in & out, á problem but Sky is aware & hope to resolve on Monday
However, this evening logging on to PC to check that printer & PC are communicating, the real problem arose that the PC doesn't seem to recognise Sky WiFi any more.
There are 2 cables that, now, are not connected to anything but that may not be the issue (I hope).
PC settings indicate Ethernet cable not connected so unable to access emails on PC but IPad is OK.
Not sure how to sort this as the router is the same & should recognise Sky WiFi.
Any ideas will be helpful.

My son found the problem, my PC used to connect by Ethernet, however, although the build specs show WiFi capability, it would not connect.
we got a USB dongle which has cured the problem & connects to WiFi fine.
Thanks for the reply.

What do you mean by this, how is stopping connecting to your wifi network, can you not goiung to the network settings and get it to connect back up ?
