Sky Max hub has different ip addresses to mysky app

I have set a reserved ip address for a small server within the dhcp scope on the max hub, when I come  to setup a port forward on the mysky app the device shows a different ip address so no traffic is going to the correct host.

 

It seems that there is no sync between the two, I have power cycled the host and it picks up the correct reserved ip, I have power cycled the hub and it serves the correct ip, but the app still will not recognise it

 

any ideas?
