Hi, I changed over to Sky fibre and sky wifi max on 12 Sept and still do mot have access to sky max on My Sky app. I have spend over 2hrs speaking to sky and still unresolved. I've uninstall the app several times, logged in on other devices, unplugged router, also had my sky max deleted from my account and then reinstalled by sky. Still not showing on app.
