Hi, the last few days I keep getting drop outs in connection (at least half a dozen times). I have a Sky Max hub the white model, Sky Broadband Superfast package. It drops out very quickly but then reconnects, but it stops what i am doing on any connected device. Working from home and self employed on a call I cant have these intermittent dropouts. Also watching live sports is no good. I try to look at the light on router when this happens and when I have been able to reach there in times notice a quick amber flashing light, then occasionally red then it goes back to white. As it happens so quick the dropouts and quite frequently now it does not appear to be a 15 minute update. I have tried testing the line on MySky and also switched the whole router off/on which has not helped. Can someone please advise if they had the same and any fixes? Or can Sky run a diagnostic on my line at all to get to the bottom of it? I have tried calling Sky but it is automated bot and all it can do is run a test on my conncetion saying it is ok right now (which I can do on MySky app). Thanks

I'm having very similar problems with my new Sky Max hub
Speeds are great but getting intermittent dropouts a few times each day.
Wifi stays connected and available during the issue but it loses entire internet connectivity for 15 to 30 seconds before going back to normal. Happens on multiple devices

Yeah @Dave-Drum it was really bad this weekend for me. Dropped out at least 20+ times and a real problem for my work. Can anyone on Sky please help? Tried calling the phone number but got an automated bot that just tested the line and said it was ok which it clearly is not. When it happens it also disconnect to my security devices, cameras etc. and the whole system stops working until I have to manually switch off and on that particular device hub so it is not recording.

@Dave-Drum I had a similar thing at the start for around 2 weeks when I first got Sky Max hub, but I was ok with that as Sky said it could take that amount of time for speeds to stabilise. So since then it's been fine for about 3 months until a 7-10 days ago when I've noticed it gradually more and more.
