Sky Max Pod not showing in devices

My Sky Max Pod is not connecting. It is showing a flashing white light, but won't connect to the main hub. Help tells me to add it manually but I can’t find the ‘Add a device’ or ‘Set up Sky Max Pod’ option in the My Sky app to pair it, even after running a WiFi test. Instructions suggest I can manually connect it using the serial number, but the app doesn’t offer this option.

Seems like I need to have the Max Pod showing in My Devices for it to pair, but can figure out how to make it show up.

Yes, I checked this online help. 
1. Move it closer

2. Check the hub- white light

3. Check the pod - flashing white light 


Then it asks if the pod is shown in my devices. It is not. So help says "Sky Max Pod not in the list? Open the My Sky app to set up your Sky Max Pod. You might need to connect it manually using the serial number – we’ll walk you through this step by step in the app.

 

But I can't see any options to add a Sky Max Pod with a serial number anywhere in the app.

@Shenley If you cannot see it in the app then call sky that is all you can do.
