Sky Max Pod disappeared after house move

Moved home , had fibre reinstalled after a month ( long story ) , the pod hasn't shown up after the move ,  I have tried hard wiring it to the hub with ethernet , in multiple sockets around and just the flashing white light and nothing in the app. Have left in each different place ovenight with no results. Have tried ringing but always get the offshore team who can't seem to solve it.
Any ideas anyone or do I just have to keep ringing until I get someone with knowledge ?

Re: Sky Max Pod disappeared after house move

Stumbled across this after looking up for HOURS why my sky max pod wasn't showing as a device on my sky app after upgrading to full fibre. Sky were utterly useless and told me to just wait and it would correct itself but my argument (which proved to be valid) was that being as the full fibre was a brand new network, I would have to re register the pod to the hub, I just didn't know how to being as the pod wasn't showing as even existing. Your link enabled me to be able to manually re register the pod by entering the serial number and low and behold, the pod then connected to the hub more or less straight away, I will add that I did switch the hub and ont box off monetarily after registering the pod then switched all 3 back on together. Thanks so much for posting the link, it was driving me mad going round and round in circles with the tech team who laughed at me for telling them that my pod wouldn't work unless it was re connected to the hub! Thank you so much. I can rest easy now haha

Try the pod onboarding journey in the MySky app.

Link here:

https://www.sky.com/app/broadband/setup/extender

You'll need to enter the serial number on the plug side of the pod.

@PaulB1969 Do you see anything in the app regarding the old pod even though it is the same! If you do then remove it app wise to see if anything happens!

Re: Sky Max Pod disappeared after house move

Thanks all. Just been through the whole list of disconnected devices and removed them all , still have the flashing white light on the pod.

I'll try calling sky again tomorrow when I know I won't have work calls as I'll have to go through the whole unplug this and that , what do you see process.

Just wish there was a WPS sync button or a reset that would return to factory setting
