Sky Max Hub stuck setting up in MySky App

I've had the sky Max Hub for a week now and during that time the my sky app just has a spinning orange circle with we're setting up your hub and I am not able to access any of the features. I called yesterday and was advised to reset the hub and also uninstall and reinstall the my sky app which I have done and I still have the same issue.

 

The internet itself works fine however the wifi booster sent by Sky is unable to connect to it so I don't have interent in all my rooms.

I have the same issue and can only get broadband in the one room which is useless, regret taking out sky broadband!

Same issue here!  Incredibly annoying as my previous Sky setup worked fine!
