Sky Max Hub set up - Appears to be working but MySky says there is a problem

Hi, 

 

I set up my new Sky Max Hub yesterday after being instructed that it had been activated. The hub is showing a solid white light which i think means is working. I can also get a Wifi connection. 

 

However, the My Sky app is still saying 'We're setting up your hub' and 'Something doesnt look right' and the Service checker function isn't working. Can anyone advise?
