Sky Max Hub on My Sky App
Hi,
I had sky activate on Monday this week (20th) and after some teething issue I got this set up. At the time the Sky Max Hub wasn't showing in the My Sky app but was advised it can take 24hrs to show, its not Friday (26th) and there is still nothing showing on the app.
Today I tried deleting the app, resetting the router, and then reinstalling the app (following the link in my order confirmation email) but the hub still doesn't show.
I'm also having a separate issue with my work VPN but the solution that has been suggested to me need me to change setting that are only available on the app?
Does anyone know how to fix this?

@gcstewart1984 you will need to talk to Sky about getting the app fixed but you actually dont need the app to sort the issue with the VPN as theceasiest fix is to activvatecUPnP which is oddly done innthe hub's web interface this postvexplains how to do that UPnP set up

Thanks for that, I've enabled UPnP via the router but the MAP-T Sharing Ratio is still 8:1 rather than 1:1 as you post suggests, is there something else I need to do?

@gcstewart1984 if you have really dnabled UPnP then the sharing ratio should change butvtry rebooting your hub. If stuck call Sky.
