It's now fixed for me. Sky sent out an open reach engineer (didn't see them but saw it was organised in the app as a visit) and then the next day the Max hub appeared in the app with all settings etc

I'm having the same problem it's been a week and I still don't see the sky Max hub option under my products. The WiFi works fine and the booster, I'm not sure if it's connected or not but apparently I don't have any devices connected to my WiFi but I certainly do as everything is working 

but I originally ordered the WiFi max so I could control my teenagers internet usage and schedule times they are on their PlayStations but as I said been a week and that option still isn't showing on my app.
