Sky Max Hub not showing on My Sky App
Please help.
Due to an unstable WiFi connection I have been sent a new white hub and attempted to set it up via My Sky app. However appears stuck on the 'we are setting up your sky hub'.
I have been through all this already in March when I re contracted and got a Sky Max hub. They said wait 24 hours blah blah blah. They ended up sending an engineer to sort it as it wasn't showing up on my app after two weeks. However I had to wait about a month for an engineer to come.
Sky have booked an engineer today but the earliest date for an appointment is 6 weeks away.
I live in a 1935 built bungalow and connect my TV via wireless WiFi and when I had the black sky hub, I had a full signal and connection was fine. However when I got the white hub I had to get a pod.
I can't connect the pod because my hub won't appear on my my sky app.
I've tried logging out app and logging back in. I've deleted app and re downloaded it. I've reset the hub etc etc.
Is there anything I can do?
please help.
