Installed new router 3 days ago and WiFi working fine...
Problem is that I can't change the network name or password because my Sky Hub doesn't show up under the 'my products' menu in the app (the normal way to change the password etc).
From what I understand, my case needs to be escalated to someone at Sky to fix?

Keep an eye out for an invite or red and blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
